Why Knot Massage            Therapy

Appointments can be booked via phone, email, text or directly  through  website.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment if it is you first time at Why Knot Massage Therapy.  (consultation form must be filled out and signed before any massage.  consultations can be emailed on request before appointment)

 

Confirmation of appointments can be made 24 hours prior to your appointment, for your convinces confirmations can be made by a phone call, text message or an email.

Late-  If you are 15 minutes (or more) late for you appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.

 

Cancellations -  Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellation of any appointment.

 

*cancelling due to bad weather or illness do not require 24 hour notice*

 

**Why Knot Massage Therapy reserves the right to charge 50% of service (full price) for any missed appointments.

 

Outcalls & Corporate Parties/Functions are subject to a 50% deposit
